Looking for a good weight loss treatment centre in the US, similiar to Structure House N.Carolina?

I need to lose some weight and regain myself and need your help in finding a good place to do this that is not so cold. I have looked into Structure House in North Carolina as well as Hilton Head Island. Any suggestions or if any of you have been to either of these locations, I’d like some feedback to make the best choice. I will need to go no later then Feb 24th so I am desperate to find the right place as soon as possible.
