The fifth reason is to do it for the people you love. Friends and family are a good reason to dedicate yourself to a healthier lifestyle. Your family wants to be able to enjoy spending time with you and not being overweight makes that much easier. Being active and eating right is helpful to all the members of you inner circle, not just to you alone.
