Weight Loss Help

I am a senior undergraduate student who, over the past 2 years, has lost over 200 pounds. I did so completely naturally by exercising everyday and eating a healthy diet.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a scholarship based on healthy living or dramatic weight loss.
School is expensive and I plan on going to graduate school which only furthers my cost. My field is health-related (optometry).

Some details if necessary:
3.8GPA, full time student
work-part time: (write for the university newspaper)
When I get my O.D. I want to establish a payment plan for low income families that want to get treatment at my practice.
